Do you provide medication management?

Yes, when clinically appropriate. Our clinicians evaluate your health history to determine the best treatment plan, which may include medication management sent to your preferred pharmacy.

Can I use insurance for visits or medications?

Visits are self-pay only; we do not bill insurance. We provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement requests. If medication is recommended, your pharmacy benefits may cover it—we can supply documentation for prior authorizations when available. Medications are purchased separately through pharmacies.

What if I need lab work or in-person care?

We coordinate lab orders and collaborate with your local providers as needed. Emergencies or urgent issues still require in-person care—call 911 or visit the nearest emergency department.
